3-Day Beginner Handbuilding Course

By completing this beginner-friendly course, you will be eligible to join our studio membership program - Handbuilding track. You will learn the basic techniques for creating beautiful and functional pottery pieces using only your hands, clay, and a few tools. Handbuilding is a wonderful way to express your creativity and is easy to master by anyone.

We will also cover how to shape and refine your pottery using different techniques, such as smoothing, texturing, and carving. As you progress through the course, you will learn how to combine these techniques to create more complex and beautiful pottery pieces. You will also learn how to decorate your pottery using color glazes and other techniques, giving your work a unique and personal touch.

• Day 1: Make a mid-sized vase (2 hours)
• Day 2: Make a cup with handle and a small plate for the cup (2 hours)
• Day 3: Glaze pieces (1 hour)
